Rock ‘n’ Roll Running Series: 1 Mile, 5K, and Half Marathon
This year marks the 20th year for the Rock ‘n’ Roll Running Series in Virginia Beach. This takes place on the weekend of September 4-5, 2021. The 5K and the 1 Mile take place on Saturday, September 4th and the Half Marathon takes place on Sunday, September 5th. Every year more and more runners and walkers participate in the Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon that spans across the Oceanfront Boardwalk with free live concerts along the way. Online registration closes August 29, 2021, at 11:59 pm so make sure to register before then for a fun, flat, and fast race! Also, those who register under 50 days prior to the race will have their race materials personalized such as their name on their race bib and merchandise apparel.
