Description

A Southern Comfort is a completely remodeled home with 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths, and sits just 1 block from the North End beach. This home is beautifully decorated throughout and offers an open design living room with plenty of seating and a 55" flat-screen TV with a custom expanded sports and news package. The new, tastefully remodeled kitchen has an abundance of beautiful granite counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a wine refrigerator. A Keurig and brand new small appliances are ready for you to cook, toast, bake or have fun blending those beachy cocktails. For the little ones and the beach, the home features a high chair, stroller, pack and play with beach chairs (8) adult size, and 2 beach umbrellas. After a day spent playing in the waves, soaking up the sun, or biking in the nearby state park, have a snack or happy hour on the deck, play corn hole, or just relax around the fire pit in the backyard. When you're ready to see the sights, take the short drive into the resort area and enjoy plenty of shopping, restaurants, live entertainment, and the famous King Neptune statue.

Wonderful vacation Home

We had a most wonderfully enjoyable time in this beautiful home. Although it's on the smaller side than what we are used to, we found it very comfortable and inviting. Everything in this beautiful home was spotlessly clean. And the access to the beach was much easier than we thought. We were provided with boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs and even two beach carts to carry everything. The outside shower was wonderful and the entire backyard was so inviting and private. This is now our new favorite home in Virginia Beach. Thank you so much to the owners for providing such a special place to relax and enjoy

Good beds, beautiful decor, sunny, it had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of storage. Fenced backyard stone patio with late afternoon shade and breezy, great outdoor adirondack chairs and furniture. We applaud owners that totally renovate homes like this.
