Enjoy time with the family in the first-floor living room where you? You'll find a flat-screen TV, DVD player, books, and board games. With two dining room tables and a breakfast bar, there is plenty of seating for meals, whether prepared in the fully equipped kitchen or bar-b-cued on the gas grill. With five bedrooms, your family often will have plenty of space to relax on their own, with two bedrooms on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. The spacious master bedroom, located on the second floor, offers a separate seating area and deck access. Enjoy time outside in the spacious backyard, and when you're ready for adventure, Serenity is just a short drive to the resort area, where you'll find plenty of shopping, restaurants, live entertainment, and the famous King Neptune statue. If you would rather spend your days on the beach, take advantage of the provided umbrella, extra fridge, cooler, beach chairs, and toys. Need some extra relaxation? We enjoyed the house. We had great vacation with grown children and toddler/ grandchild. Location could not be beat, easy to get around the beach front and shore drive areas. Beach was great, watched the dolphins every day what a show. House is dated but very nice. We would stay again if in the area. Having upstairs and downstair bedrooms was helpful to maintain space and the feel of individual areas of the family. Beach cart and toys made the beach visits great. BBQ was nice as well. Atkinson Realty folks were great to work with.

All nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have been coming to Serenity since the grandchildren were young. Now teenagers, they enjoy it just as much. We love the peace that is in that house, the fact that it is not super modern and how well the kitchen is equipped. The location is perfect, on a few rainy days, we were quickly on the beach when it cleared up.We noticed this year that a lot of older homes have been replaced by these huge square buildings even on 77th street. We sincerely hope that Serenity will remain. Please tell the owners how much we enjoyed it.We certainly hope to be back. Thank you also to Atkinson Realty. You are most helpful.Fondly,Vibeke

Our family, enthusiastic Va Beach summer visitors for over 60 years, stayed at Serenity for the first time in July. This house was absolutely, without rival, the most well-appointed and equipped home we have ever stayed in. Plenty of dishes, coolers, toys, chairs (even operating manuals for remotes and binder of answers to rental questions),etc. Not only was it convenient to the beach but it was clean, comfortable and provided a delightful space for long family dinners, conversations, games and relaxation. Will definitely rent again and refer.

We absolutely love the Serenity house and are very grateful to the owners for letting us postpone our booking one year due to Covid. There truly is peace in that house, all three generations felt it and we felt rested when we left. The house is also well equipped. We couldn't have been happier. Thank you also to Atkinson Realty for always being so helpful.
