Make sure you take advantage of the screened-in front porch where you can enjoy the warm summer evenings after a day at the beach or head to the back patio where there is plenty of seating for your family of six as well as a large backyard for your four-legged family member. The updated, well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for family meals and when you are ready to get out and about, you have access to bicycles, beach equipment, and beach chairs during your stay. Don't forget to take some time to head to the resort area where you will find plenty of shopping, restaurants, live entertainment, and the famous King Neptune statue. With so much to do, you may want to stay for more than a week!

Beautiful cottage within walking distance from the beach. Has everything you need and is very cozy! Kitchen is fully stocked and the garage has some fantastic beach accompaniments like umbrellas, a beach cart and chairs. The front porch is serene and a great place to relax after a day at the beach. Each bedroom is spacious and the living areas are very comfortable. The bathrooms are narrow and could use some renovation however they are functional. Coming to this cottage is almost like a home away from home! We love it.

Overall

109 63rd street was very nice and perfect for my husband and me and our dog Bubba. The one fault with the cottage is sharing a driveway. Other than that everything was perfect and we will return.

Our family enjoyed our week long stay at this pleasant cottage, conveniently close to the beach and close enough to other attractions in the area. The house is a little outdated but still felt homey, would suggest changing the front door knob which requires a little finagling to open. Overall our stay was enjoyable and would totally consider vacationing at this property again. Oh! And it’s pet friendly.

This cottage is a perfect fit for our family. We love how easy Atkinson Realty makes the process and we love how close it is to the beach! We can't wait to be here again next summer!
