Description

Charming and spacious classic Oceanside beach home with five beds/2.5 baths. Newly remodeled kitchen, laundry room, and half bath with new appliances. Fenced-in backyard with large deck, gas grill, beach cart, and beach chairs. The huge primary bedroom with en suite bath is on the 3rd floor, away from all living spaces. In addition to a king bed, it has a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate young children who need a room with their parents. It also has a deck for additional quiet space. The second floor has two bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom with two queen beds, and one bedroom with two twin beds.

The first floor has two family rooms with plenty of comfortable seating, a dining room with seating for 10, and a sunroom with a queen sleeper sofa and table for 4. There is a half bath off the kitchen as well.

One medium or smaller breed dog is welcome for pet rates shown.  Additional/Large pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and for an additional fee.

We had 6 adults and 4 children in our family group. There was plenty of seating and relaxing spaces. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Generally clean but could use better cleaning under the beds and sofas. Great that there were two refrigerators. Plenty of dishes and eating utensils. Could use a steaming baskey or metal colander in the kitchen. Only two indoor showers. The outdoor shower door had a hinge issue but was usable. Good proximity to the beach. The rental staff was courteous and responsive to our requests for remedial action.
