This is the third summer my family and I stay at the Fairbanks. It is not only comfortable,steps from the beach but nicely kept. It is spotless.

We loved the house, great location, well equipped kitchen, clean, the use of a garage was a treat, we had no complaints. The only recommendation is directions on how to use the TV's in the bedrooms as we could not figure out how to change the volume.
