Description

Beautifully decorated with seaside hues, this is a spacious 4 bedroom 3.5 bath vacation home that is perfect for families with grandparents in tow.  The house has third floor living with an open floor plan with the perfectly furnished kitchen with counter seating (4 bar stools)  and kitchen island for food prep, and breakfast area for four, several table seating arrangements (dining table for 6 and round game table for four) and spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for the ultimate chef. Also, a  powder room can be found in this floor.  On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet and a private bath with a separate shower, soaking tub, and double vanities. A queen bedroom and a twin bedroom share the second full bath on this floor; the queen bedroom has also private access to it. The twin bedroom has hall access to the bath. A laundry room with a new washer dryer and cabinets and counter is found on this floor. The first floor contains an expansive in-law suite with a queen bed, and a large sitting area with a sofa and coffee table looking out to the back yard. There is also a full bath with tub/shower combo on this floor and can be separately accessed from the side yard and/or back yard. Five smart TVs with premium cox contour package of cable and high-speed wifi suitable for WFH or homeschooling.  Only a short drive to the exciting and famous Virginia Beach boardwalk.  

The fenced back yard has a propane BBQ and an outdoor shower Garage is used to store the Rolleez beach cart, beach chairs, and umbrellas (no parking in the garage). Driveway fits 4 cars. No more than 4 cars in the driveway. 
There are three decks in the house: A private one from the Master Bedroom, a deck on the third floor off the living room, and, for the perfect viewing of sunrises and sunsets a roof-level deck accessible by a circular staircase from the third-floor deck. Limited ocean views from second and third-floor decks.
